Mildred Katy Walters

Mildred Katy Walters, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, 71, of Sevierville, died September 13, 2004, at St. Mary’s Hospital.   She was loved as a teacher and friend at Sevierville Middle School and for her volunteer work at Fort Sanders Sevier and Sevierville Intermediate School.

She is survived, by her husband, Raymond L. Walters; sons Dennis Walters  and Michael Walters and fiancée, Loria Henry and her son Austin; grandson, Raymond Michael Walters and fiancée Rachael Leonard; brother Gaylord Bud Sivis and wife, Gail as well as many Aunts, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.  Two of my very close friends in the extended family, Vernon and Rosie Haley.  Besides the immediate family, Katy will be missed by her many friends and colleagues.

Katy's Bells

 7155 BELLS

Most of these bells have been collected by me personally in my travels, at flea markets, yard sales, swap meets, etc. Others have either been given to me as gifts for Birthdays (May 8), Christmas, Mothers Day or other holidays by family and friends and a few have even been donated to me for my collection by people wanting to help me build my collection.

There are very few duplicates and no known chipped, cracked or broken bells.  A few of the older bells may show some slight signs of wear (don't we all???).
Many of them have a history.
